Sam's Sweets

I am Sam Young, proud owner, baker, and decorator here at Sam’s Sweets. I have been baking since I was 9 years old, when I received an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas. I’ve come a long way since baking single servings of brownies with a lightbulb! I won a couple first place ribbons at the Delaware County Fair for my Chocolate Cake & Decorated Cupcakes, and have been busy sharing them with our community ever since!

Buttercream flowers are my specialty. I love making them for others because of the joy that is spread. Nobody has ever been sad when they see one of my bouquets! I love that something I created can bring smiles to the faces of everyone in the room. Whether they are fully piped, palette knife painted, or drawn onto cakes, they are lifelike and delicious!

I operate as a part time home based cottage bakery in Sunbury, Ohio, and cannot ship my goods at this time. I take limited orders throughout the year. All of my goods are hand made from scratch in my mixed use kitchen with high quality ingredients, and are preservative free. Although I take every precaution for items with allergens, I cannot guarantee there is no contamination. If you have severe or life threatening allergic reactions, my goods would not be suitable for your consumption.
